Change is inevitable
Why do we fear change ?
One thing about this spiritual ascension journey is that it’s not always going to be loving and light , we can try to remain optimistic but sometimes the burdens are just too heavy. This level of awareness can be dark, scary and confusing. A lot of us find comfort in our traumas and we store that in our subconscious understand that this emotion and spiritual sickness will prevent you from growing that is necessary
Find a new identity, embrace the unknown but please let it go so that you may experience all the goodness and new life that follows after death
Every time that I go through a spiritual ascension I am challenged to provide myself with a certain level of grace. The beauty in death is that a rebirth is right on the way. Giving you light, hope and inspiration to move forward on your journey.
Why do we fear death ? I’ve learned that change is uncomfortable and unexpected at times but you should be willing to alter your perspective to embrace change and see what’s on the other side. I’m not by all means saying avoid your emotions by practicing toxic positivity but one thing about this spiritual ascension journey is that it’s not always going to be loving and light. You must embody GRACE 🙌🏾📿🤎

A lot of us find comfort in our traumas and we store that pain in our subconscious, this never allows us to grow. It also cause spiritual sickness which then manifest into physical sickness. Forgiveness is a life hack, we been taught to forgive but not to forget 🤔🤥, how counterproductive I’ve learned I’ve been doing it wrong all this while
Find a new identity, your journey doesn’t need that traumatic story to bring your life meaning. Embrace the unknown but please let it go so that you may experience all the goodness and new life that follows after death.
Also this can be applied to any death in a literal or figurative way. I hope you find some sort of understanding in this post.🤎🙏🏾📿🌞
