On my spiritual journey I find myself fasting monthly & daily sometimes if need be. Not only does fasting have a huge effect on my physical body but also my spiritual body as well. Whenever I am feeling bloated, suffering from mental fog or having anxious thoughts. I pair fasting with a good old spiritual bath.
